With a strong background in NHS administration and leadership, she plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our services. Her experience, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure that both our internal processes and client communications run efficiently and effectively.

Alongside her role at Make Sense, Melissa also works as PA to the Head of Psychology and Admin Lead at Rampton Hospital, where she manages an administrative team and provides support to a range of Clinical and Forensic Psychologists at all levels.

Melissa has over 30 years of experience in administrative roles within the NHS, with a focus on supporting clinical and forensic psychology teams. She has worked alongside the Director, Matthew Nicoll, since 2017, initially within High Secure Forensic Services before joining Make Sense Psychological Services to manage the administrative functions for the prison and G4S side of the organisation.

Melissa has over 30 years’ experience and knowledge working in various administration roles within the NHS. She is the administrator for Make Sense Psychology Ltd, currently working mainly with the prison/G4S side. She has previously worked with the Director (Matthew Nicoll) within High Secure Forensics/NHS and approached by him to work for MSP, having now worked together since late 2011.
Melissa is proficient in all administrative tasks, having completed a Chartered Management Institute courses in L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and L7 Certificate in Strategic Management. Her current NHS role is P/A to the Head of Psychology/Admin Lead at Rampton Hospital, managing an administration team, and working alongside a variety of Clinical and Forensic Psychologists at all levels
