Meet Melissa

Melissa brings over three decades of administrative expertise to Make Sense Psychological Services. With a strong background in NHS administration and leadership, she plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our services. Her experience, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure that both our internal processes and client communications run efficiently and effectively.

Melissa has over 30 years’ experience and knowledge working in various administration roles within the NHS.  She is the administrator for Make Sense Psychology Ltd, currently working mainly with the prison/G4S side.  She has previously worked with the Director (Matthew Nicoll) within High Secure Forensics/NHS and approached by him to work for MSP, having now worked together since late 2011. 

 Melissa is proficient in all administrative tasks, having completed a Chartered Management Institute courses in L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and L7 Certificate in Strategic Management.  Her current NHS role is P/A to the Head of Psychology/Admin Lead at Rampton Hospital, managing an administration team, and working alongside a variety of Clinical and Forensic Psychologists at all levels
