Louise is a BPS Chartered and HCPC-Registered Forensic Psychologist, practising in line with both organisations’ codes of ethics and conduct. She has over 19 years’ experience working with adult male, long-term prisoners, specialising in the assessment, treatment, and risk management of sexual and violent offenders. Louise has significant expertise in the implementation, delivery, and treatment management of accredited Offending Behaviour Programmes, and a particular interest in supporting prisoners who face barriers to progression due to ongoing substance use.

Louise has over 19 years of experience working with adult male, long-term prisoners. Her background includes extensive work in the assessment and treatment of individuals convicted of sexual and violent offences. She has worked across secure settings with individuals presenting complex needs and long custodial histories.

Louise’s particular area of interest lies in the treatment and risk management of long-term prisoners who face challenges progressing due to ongoing substance use. She is experienced in managing complex cases and working with individuals struggling with engagement and responsivity in treatment settings.
