Naomi has over 20 years of experience working across prisons, healthcare, and community settings with forensic populations. She has worked with adult males, females, and young people, including individuals who present with a high risk of harm and complex mental health needs. Her career includes extensive involvement in parole risk assessments and oral hearings for life-sentenced prisoners, alongside leadership roles in NHS forensic services.

Naomi specialises in the assessment and case formulation of individuals with complex presentations, including personality disorder, psychosis, and offending behaviour. She has particular expertise in managing high-risk cases and integrating psychological approaches into forensic services.

Naomi is a HCPC registered Forensic Psychologist and a Chartered member of the BPS. She has 20 years experience working in a range of prison, healthcare and community settings with forensic populations. She has experience of working with adult males, females and young people. She is experienced in working with adult males who present with high risk of harm to others and mental health difficulties and has significant experience in the assessment and case formulation of individual's with complex presentations, primarily personality disorder, psychosis and offending behaviour.

In addition to private practice, Naomi is currently employed as a Consultant Forensic Psychologist and Clinical Lead for the All Age Community Forensic Services in the South West Yorkshire NHS Trust. Assessment, formulation and forensic risk assessment has been a core part of her practice. Within her role in the prison service, this involved regular completion of risk assessments for parole reviews with life sentenced prisoners and attendance at oral hearings. She also has significant experience of delivering individual and group therapy, for example, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.
