She specialises in the assessment and treatment of individuals convicted of sexual offences or stalking and works extensively with young people with neurodiversity and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Alisha has worked across custodial, NHS, community, and education settings with both adults and young people. She provides assessment and treatment in forensic contexts and currently works in a specialist school for children aged 8–16 with neurodiversity and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Alisha is an HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist with experience across custodial, NHS, community and education settings. She has worked with both adults and young people, providing assessment and treatment. Alisha is proficient in the use of structured risk assessment tools and structured personality and cognitive functioning assessments. She specialises in working with individuals who have been convicted of sexual offences and/or have specific sexual interests. She also has experience of, and an interest in, working with people convicted, or at risk of, stalking. Alongside her role as an Associate Forensic Psychologist, Alisha currently works in a specialist school for children aged 8-16 with neurodiversity and/or social, emotional and mental health needs. This role involves providing intervention to children, in addition to working closely with education staff to ensure that the needs of the children are understood and met.
